Start your journey by submitting a quick inquiry. This takes less than 2 minutes and helps us understand which programme and batch format best suits your academic goals. You can also walk into any of our three Nashik branches — College Road, Gangapur Road, or Nashik Road — during office hours (9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday).
Book Counselling Session
30 – 45 minutesSchedule a one-on-one advisory session with our senior academic counsellors.
Our senior career advisors — specialists in JEE, NEET, Olympiads, and Commerce — will assess your current academic standing, learning style, and long-term goals. Sessions are available both online (video call) and on-campus. Walk-in appointments are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Most sessions last approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Academic Assessment
60 – 90 minutesAttempt a diagnostic test or submit RNTSE scores for batch placement evaluation.
A 60-minute diagnostic test covering Mathematics, Science (or Commerce), and Reasoning is administered to all new students. Alternatively, RNTSE (Resonance National Talent Search Examination) qualifiers may submit their scores for direct batch placement. Results are processed within 48 hours.
Batch Recommendation

Based on your diagnostic test performance and counselling interview, our academic team recommends the most suitable batch, time slot, and branch. You will also receive a personalised scholarship calculation displaying your applicable tuition fee waiver percentage. This recommendation document is delivered within 48 hours.
Complete Registration
15 minutesFill the online application form and submit all required documents digitally.
Complete the 7-step online registration form available on our Admissions portal. You will provide student details, parent information, academic history, document uploads (Aadhaar, school ID, marksheet, photo), and course and branch preferences. The form auto-saves your progress at every step. Average completion time is 15 minutes.
Fee Payment & Confirmation
5 minutesPay the admission fee and first monthly tuition online or at the branch counter.
Pay securely via UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Card through our payment gateway. Cash payment is accepted at all branch counters. Post payment, an official payment receipt and admission confirmation letter is issued immediately. Scholarship concessions are automatically applied to the fee calculation before checkout.
Student Orientation
2 hoursAttend the batch orientation session, receive study materials, and meet your faculty.
All new students attend a mandatory 2-hour orientation session at their enrolled branch. The session covers classroom rules, DPP (Daily Practice Paper) system, test schedule, result portal access, and parent communication protocols. Physical study materials for the current month are distributed on the orientation day.
Classes Begin

Regular classroom sessions begin as per your batch schedule. Classes run six days a week with one full-length test every week and a full-syllabus test every month. You receive access to the Resonance student portal for test history, rank cards, DPP solutions, and upcoming schedule. Your dedicated faculty mentor is available for doubt-clearing from Day 1.

What is Resonance Nashik and what programmes does it offer?+
Resonance Nashik is a premier coaching institute offering structured academic preparation for JEE (Main and Advanced), NEET UG, Foundation (Class VIII–X), Commerce (Class XI–XII), and Olympiad programmes. We operate from three branches — College Road, Gangapur Road, and Nashik Road — with over 12 years of consistent results in Nashik.
Which branch should I choose?+
All three branches — College Road, Gangapur Road, and Nashik Road — deliver the same curriculum, faculty quality, and test series. Your choice should be based on proximity to your residence or school and batch timing availability. During counselling, our advisors will recommend the most suitable branch based on your location and schedule.
How many students are in each batch?+
Our classroom batches are capped at 35 to 40 students to ensure personalised attention. For Foundation courses, batches are capped at 30. Overflow demand is managed by opening parallel batches rather than increasing batch size.
Are online classes available?+
Our primary delivery model is offline classroom coaching. Hybrid access — where enrolled students can view recorded sessions of classes they missed — is available through the student portal at no additional cost. Fully online batches are not currently offered for regular academic programmes, but online counselling sessions are available.
Which documents are required for admission?+
The following documents are mandatory for completing admission: (1) Recent passport-size photograph of the student, (2) Student Aadhaar card, (3) School ID card or bonafide certificate, (4) Mark sheet of the most recent qualifying examination, and (5) Transfer certificate from the previous school (for Class XI admissions). All documents should be submitted as clear PDF or high-resolution JPG/PNG scans. Originals must be produced for verification within 15 days of admission.
When should original documents be submitted?+
Scanned digital copies are sufficient to complete online registration. Original documents must be produced at your enrolled branch within 15 working days of your admission confirmation. Failure to submit originals within 30 days may result in suspension of student access to the portal and test series.
